Ms. Guss was raised in Florida and she is a graduate of Zephyrhills Highschool. Prior to joining Spinner Law Firm, Ms. Guss worked as a legal assistant in a well-respected injury and litigation practice.
Her current responsibilities include providing pre-litigation legal assistance, including handling consultations, requests for medical records, insurance policies and other critical documents, drafting and compiling settlement demand packages, and interfacing with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
She is well regarded for her insight, professionalism, organizational skills, and compassion. She resides in Lutz with her husband, two daughters and twin sons. Dreama Guss is a valuable part of the firm’s personal injury practice support team.
