Lilia Shafeei serves as Spinner Law Firm’s Receptionist and Community Ambassador. As one of the first people clients meet, she is committed to providing every visitor and caller with a warm welcome, exceptional service, and a positive experience from the very first interaction.
In her primary role, Lilia manages the firm’s reception, answers incoming calls, assists with new client intake, and ensures case documents are accurately received, organized, and scanned into the firm’s system. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly demeanor help keep the office running smoothly while making clients feel comfortable and supported.
In addition to her front desk responsibilities, Lilia assists with the firm’s community outreach and business development efforts by cultivating relationships with medical professionals and other referral partners throughout the Tampa Bay area. Her enthusiasm and personable nature make her a valuable ambassador for Spinner Law Firm in the community.
Lilia is a graduate of the University of South Florida and plans to attend law school as she continues to pursue a career in the legal profession. Her ambition, compassion, and dedication to helping others reflect the values that define Spinner Law Firm.
